OBJECTIVE:

On 29th July, UCSI University held its first university-wide recycling initiative in collaboration with Riiicycle, aiming to promote sustainable habits and raise awareness about responsible waste management across the campus community.

While recycling has long been part of our efforts led by the UCSI Group Logistics Management Office. This event marked the first time we partnered with Riiicycle to extend the initiative campus-wide. Students and staff came together to recycle various items and earned reward points through the Riiicycle app. According to Riiicycle, over 700 points of collection were recorded during the event.

We trust that this initiative has helped build greater awareness on the importance of recycling and sustainability, and we hope to see increased participation in future campaigns.

We aim to continue and make eco conscious choices and work towards a greener future together.
