OBJECTIVE:

UCSI University successfully held its Monthly Recycling Day on 27 January, 28 February, 27 March, and 30 April 2026 at Block G, KL Campus. Conducted at the end of each month, the initiative brought together students and staff to turn recyclables into rewards through the Riiicycle app, encouraging consistent and responsible waste management practices.

Participants earned points, redeemed cash, and contributed to reducing campus waste, while reinforcing the importance of daily sustainable actions. Each session served as a reminder that simple habits can create lasting environmental impact.

The Monthly Recycling Day continues to be a key platform in fostering a culture of sustainability within the UCSI community, supporting long-term behavioral change towards a greener and more responsible campus.
