OBJECTIVE:
UCSI University proudly celebrated International Women’s Day 2026 in collaboration with OPPO Malaysia, bringing together creativity, innovation, and women’s empowerment on campus.
The event was honored by the presence of YB Teo Nie Ching, Deputy Minister of Communications Malaysia, who officiated the launch and shared inspiring insights on empowering women and supporting youth creativity in the digital era.
A highlight of the celebration was the UCSI x OPPO Social Media Campaign, where 13 ICAD Fashion Design students showcased their OPPO Reno–inspired streetwear collection, combining fashion, technology, and digital storytelling. The students also created a series of creative pop-up collage photography captured using OPPO Reno, which will be shared across social media platforms as part of the campaign.
The event featured a fashion showcase, exhibition viewing, prize presentation, and student engagement, celebrating the voices, creativity, and potential of young designers.
Through this collaboration, UCSI and OPPO continue to empower the next generation of creators, where fashion, technology, and storytelling come together to inspire new possibilities.
