UCSI expresses its support for Malaysia’s 100 Million Tree Planting programme by launching the “3 Plants and 1 Graduate” tree planting campaign. This campaign’s soft launch coincided with the UCSI SDGs Month 2022 closing ceremony which was held on 30 June 2022.

The UCSI SDGs Month is celebrated annually in June with the aim of increasing determination and effort in connecting community members, partners, and the public to create a regenerative and sustainable community. In addition, the SDG Secretariat Office has decided to present the UCSI SDG Best Performance Award 2022 to the UCSI staff and students to recognise their hard work and efforts in implementing, monitoring, and reporting sustainability practices.
