OBJECTIVE:

In collaboration with The Lost Food Project (TLFP), I conducted a ‘’Food Safety and Hygiene Talk’’ to AIESEC students on Wednesday, 17th July, 2024. The AIESEC students were working with TLFP on the Clean Plate Project. The objective of this talk was to improve their food safety and hygiene knowledge before they embark on the Clean Plate Project to reduce food waste among youths in the community. The participants collectively responded that the training has increased their knowledge level in the subject matter. 6 out of 10 participants responded to the survey, and all the six participants responded that they have implemented the knowledge and skills learnt in this program in their daily life. As the AIESEC students are going to apply the knowledge gained for the Clean Plate Project, the community they have impacted are school children.
