OBJECTIVE:

myHEALTH 2026 @ F88, themed “Healthy Living, Trendy Habits”, is a community-driven health and wellness initiative by UCSI Group in collaboration with Fahrenheit 88, held in conjunction with World Health Day 2026. The official launching ceremony was held on 12 April 2026 (Sunday), marking the commencement of this impactful programme. Organised by the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS) and the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences (FMHS) of UCSI University, together with Laurent Bleu and UCSI Hospital, the programme promotes preventive healthcare and healthier lifestyles through interactive activities, public consultations, and free on-site health screenings with expert guidance held every weekend in April 2026.

myHEALTH 2026 aims to raise awareness on preventive healthcare and early detection of non-communicable diseases while fostering meaningful community engagement. By empowering individuals with greater awareness and access to health resources, the programme contributes towards building a more health-conscious society while supporting Malaysia’s vision for sustainable development and global healthcare excellence.
