OBJECTIVE:

In support of UCSI Group’s sustainability goals and the Green Office Competition, the Student Enrolment Centre (SEC) implemented a series of practical initiatives to promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the office environment.

Key efforts included daily sustainability reminders, an SDG announcement board made from recycled materials, plastic-free celebrations, reused gift wrapping and notepads, and the creation of The Garden of Joy to enhance greenery and staff wellbeing. A major highlight was the 3R Drive Campaign (Reuse, Reduce, Repurpose), which encouraged the sharing of pre-loved and new items within the UCSI community, with surplus contributions distributed through UCSI Care.

Together, these initiatives reflect SEC’s commitment to fostering a sustainable, inclusive, and caring workplace.
