OBJECTIVE:

The purpose of this project is to raise awareness about menstruation, promote good hygiene, and break the stigma around it through open discussions. It teaches participants how to sew reusable sanitary pads, encouraging zero-waste practices and protecting the environment. The project also supports economic empowerment by providing skills that can help participants, especially single mothers, housewives, and refugees, start small businesses and earn income.
