OBJECTIVE:

The webinar explored the pivotal role of government strategies and actions in advancing science and technology diplomacy, drawing on insights from distinguished experts including Prof. Zakri Abdul Hamid, Dr. Gary Theseira, Dr. Nadzri Yahaya, Prof. Nor Aieni Mokhtar, and Prof. Dr. Siti Hafsyah Idris. The session aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of how policy frameworks, diplomatic engagement, and institutional leadership had contributed to building a robust science and technology diplomacy ecosystem in Malaysia and beyond.
