OBJECTIVE:
1. To raise awareness regarding the importance of healthy eating.
2. To educate students on how to make the correct food choices and provide hands-on learning on some simple meal preparation methods.
3. To understand that the sentence “healthy eating is always expensive” is a myth.
4. To provide students with knowledge of wise spending patterns and ways to select the right groceries for healthy eating.
5. To educate students on the knowledge of herbs, ways of using herbs in cooking, their health benefits, and planting methods.
