OBJECTIVE:

The Hackathon and Cybersecurity Innovation event was organized to promote creativity, technical skills, and teamwork in cybersecurity among participants from universities, colleges, and schools. ICSDI hosted a welcome celebration for guests and registered competitors, providing breakfast and lunch while sharing details of the competition to inspire and inform them. Competitors were then assigned to library labs equipped with computers, where they used the hackathon website to participate in quizzes and security games. Points were awarded based on the hackathon website’s rules, creating an engaging environment where hands-on practice fostered essential cybersecurity skills. The event bridged educational institutions, fostering a community dedicated to advancing cybersecurity knowledge and innovation, with rewards and prizes motivating active participation and collaboration.
