In conjunction with the SDG Month, about 80 students in the MPU Class ( University Life ) were divided into 17 groups and were tasked to exhibit what they knew best about the particular Sustainable Development Goal. At the same time, the exhibition was open to all UCSI students to participate by finding the factual answer at each booth, including asking why the sponsor, Another Mealbox, supported sustainability. Besides cash, the top three exhibitors and 5 participants won meal vouchers, printing vouchers, foldable tote bags and movie tickets.
Some of the feedbacks received included:
This kind of event is already happening and enjoyable
Able to gain some acknowledgment on the statement posted at all 17 SDG booths
Overall good learning experience
Have more workshops to increase awareness of SDG
I would like more knowledge games like this one 🙂
It was great at SDG 12
Organize similar events like TED talk, let students present the SDG goals on stage
Consider interactive displays that engage visitors actively, such as virtual reality experiences or live demonstrations.
